1. Seller
Da Bluefunk District ASBL — Rue de Gerlache 41, 1040 Etterbeek — BCE 1027.552.771 — bluefunkdistrict@gmail.com. Association not subject to VAT: displayed prices are final, without VAT.
2. Products
The shop offers apparel and accessories, records, digital files, memberships of the association and, occasionally, tickets or bundles linked to an event. Photos are not contractual for handmade or limited-edition items.
3. Order and payment
The order is confirmed upon payment through Stripe (Bancontact, card, Apple Pay). A confirmation email with the order details is sent to the address provided. The association reserves the right to refuse an order in case of unavailability or an obvious pricing error.
4. Delivery and pickup
Chosen at checkout: free pickup at the merch stand during an event of the association (the pickup event is indicated on the product or communicated by email), delivery in Belgium (€6) or in Europe (€12) by post, shipped within 5 working days of payment. Digital files are available immediately after payment.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (art. VI.47 et seq.), you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, by writing to bluefunkdistrict@gmail.com. Items must be returned in their original condition, at your expense; the refund is made within 14 days of the return. The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital files whose download has started with your consent, nor to tickets for an event on a fixed date (art. VI.53, 12°).
6. Memberships
Membership is valid for one year from payment. It is neither transferable nor refundable after 14 days. Membership benefits are described on The collective page and may change from one season to the next.
7. Warranty and complaints
Items are covered by the two-year legal warranty of conformity. For any complaint, write to us; we reply within 10 working days. Failing an agreement, you may contact the Consumer Mediation Service (mediationconsommateur.be) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
8. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
