What we do with your data

What we collect

Orders and memberships: name, email, delivery address where relevant, and the order details — necessary to perform the contract and kept for the legal accounting retention period (7 years). Payment is processed by Stripe; we neither see nor store your banking details. Members: the data of the members’ register (name, contact details, dates of joining and leaving, dues), kept in accordance with the Code of Companies and Associations, for the duration of membership and 5 years thereafter. Browsing: the site sets no advertising cookies and uses no individual tracking. The cart is stored in your browser only. Embedded videos (YouTube) load their own cookies only on playback.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection: an email is enough. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Recipients

Stripe (payment), our transactional email provider, and our hosting provider. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
