Hosting
The site is hosted on an OVH server located in France, administered by the association.
Intellectual property
Texts, photographs, videos, the Prolific typeface and the Bluefunk logo are the property of the association or of their respective authors. Concert photographs are credited when the author is known; any rights holder may request a credit or removal by email. Embedded music and videos come from third-party platforms (YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp) and remain subject to their terms.
Liability
The association strives to publish accurate information about events (dates, venues, prices) but cannot be held liable for changes decided by partner venues. For dates whose ticketing is handled by a venue, that venue’s terms of sale apply.
